"Urban Reflections - Paris" captures the quiet complexity of a city seen not in motion, but in memory- fragmented, layered, and textured like thought itself.
I painted this not to recall Paris as it is, but as it lingers, in the folds of memory, in the corners of thought. It's about a city dissolved into feeling.
Paris arrived to me in fragments: a faded metro echo, the hush of late rain on cobblestones, the soft flare of café light against evening skin. The textures are intentionally mottled and layered, like memories that overlap but never fully resolve.
I let the palette lean into shadowed brown, greys, and soft ochres, as if the city were exhaling slowly through the canvas.
In the painting lies a hidden Eiffel Tower, can you spot it?
